For more than a quarter of a century, the bodywork and automotive paint store IRS Gauss has been located in the industrial area Brötzinger Tal. From small beginnings, the company developed into its current leading position in the Pforzheim area.
On more than 2000 sqm mostly long-time employees work, with whose help quality is guaranteed by craftsmanship. To guarantee this quality of work in all areas, IRS Gauss is subject to regular TÜV/Dekra inspections. Therefore the enterprise belongs to the circle of the Eurogarant examined specialized enterprises. To keep and if possible to improve this high achievement standard by engaged coworkers and constantly the new time adapted workshop equipment, remains also in the 2nd generation the firm philosophy.

Paint
"Clothes make the man" - so the paint job also determines the first impression of the vehicle. To achieve a first-class paint finish, extensive preparation is required. The repair area must be degreased and then filled, sanded and filled in several steps to restore the original shape.
Even the finest color nuances are mixed precisely with computer assistance, and color samples are painted and matched on the vehicle.
The vehicle is then painted in several layers and dried in the hot-air booth at approx. 60°. Now the vehicle is protected again from all environmental influences.

ELECTRONIC WHEEL ALIGNMENT

With our electronic 4-wheel wheel alignment we correct the axle geometry values of your vehicle according to manufacturer's values, check rim and tires with the most modern equipment. This improves driving comfort and directional stability. Tire wear and fuel consumption are reduced.

FRAME AND FLOOR MEASUREMENT
